Attention Golf Cart Owners...
FL Law requires golf cart drivers to posses a valid Driver's license when on any public road. The roads outside of Heritage Oaks are public (owned by the City of PSL). Also- any golf carts driven on public roads must be "road ready". Please contact the PSL Police Department to find out the requirements to convert your golf cart to make "road ready".
